Shipping & Return policy

  1. Supply/Shipment of Products


    1. The prices of the Products as they appear on the Product Page do not include the shipment costs. The shipment prices vary according to the type and size of the item as well as the country it is to be shipped to.
    2. The shipment prices calculator will appear in the shopping cart page after adding a Product.
    3. UrbanOutlines will ensure that the Product purchased by you through the website, will be shipped to the address typed in when making your offer, within the period mentioned in the Product's sale page, unless mentioned otherwise on the website.
    4. UrbanOutlines will act to supply the Products or services according to the supply terms indicated in the Products or services' sales page.
    5. UrbanOutlines will not be responsible for any delay or hold up in the supply and/or failure to supply caused by force majeure and/or events that are uncontrollable, including strikes, shutdowns etc.
    6. The Israel Post's EMS terms (or terms applied by any other body used for shipping the Product - if so indicated) will apply to supply/shipment of the Product, through the website.
    7. The shipment fees will be paid together with payment for the Product.
    8. If the Product did not reach the Customer during the supply period specified in the website, the Customer undertakes to immediately notify UrbanOutlines. If the Customer will not wish to wait until the Product arrives, if this extends beyond the supply period, UrbanOutlines, will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid, subject and according to the engagements with the shipment company and verifying the correctness of the complaint in UrbanOutlines records.
    9. Any case of a request to cancel a transaction after the Product has shipped; will be subject to the Customer returning the Products to UrbanOutlines in its original package, whole and/or without any harm and/or damage and/or defect and/or impairment of any kind, at the Customer's expense.

     
  2. Return Policy


    1. The Customer may cancel the transaction. For the Customer's convenience only, following are the terms and manner for the cancelling the purchase transaction:
      1. When purchasing a Product - from the day of executing the transaction and up to fourteen days from receiving the Product.
      2. When purchasing items that were especially manufactured for the Customer according the transaction - the Customer will not be entitled to cancel the transaction.
    2. Canceling a transaction will be done in writing and will be sent to the UrbanOutlines' email address.
    3. Canceling a transaction is subject to the Customer returning the Product in its original package.
    4. UrbanOutlines will replace the Product for the Customer or alternatively will credit him for the amount of purchase, after deducting the shipment costs, taxes and collection commission.

     
  3. Transaction/sale cancellation policy


    1. UrbanOutlines will be entitled not to execute and/or cancel a transaction and/or sale, all or part thereof if:
      1. There was a typing error in the offer, whether in the price of the Product and whether in the description of the Product.
      2. If it becomes apparent that the transaction and/or the sale was accompanied by illegal activity of the Customer and/or any third party.
      3. If the transaction was performed illegally or not according to these terms and conditions.
    2. Notice of not performing and/or canceling the sale will be given to the Customer by telephone and/or email to the email address indicated when placing the order.
